Suppliers included on this list have been selected for being reputable and ethical suppliers of 100% pure essential oils, meeting both of the following criteria:  

1.) Reputable: supplier is known to reliably offer and consistently deliver 100% pure, undiluted and unadulterated essential oils for sale as advertised.

2.) Ethical: supplier does not promote direct ingestion as part of their pure essential oils sales and marketing information.

All suppliers currently meeting both of the above requirements may be nominated for addition to the list.  New suppliers and suppliers removed from the list may undergo an observation period to establish consistency in meeting both criteria, and a record for acting the in the interest of consumer well-being, before regaining eligibility. 

Suppliers may be added and removed anytime, for any reason. Suppliers will be removed for unethical sales and marketing tactics, including product misrepresentation or risky/unsafe use recommendations.  Suppliers without votes for many months may be cleared from the list.

About "View Results": Voting results show who is currently most popular among visitors of this poll, though all suppliers on the list meet our criteria for ethical, reputable suppliers to the best of our knowledge.  Be aware that clicking "view results" hides the option to vote.
This is not a complete list of all ethical, reputable suppliers worldwide, because we don't know all of them yet!
