
As our December 13th original article reports, a California non-profit corporation has filed a public interest lawsuit against the Utah-based essential oils direct sales company Young Living, citing lead in eight of their products.
A Notice of Violation was served in June to the Current CEO or President at Young Living Essential Oils, LC and a subsequent Complaint for Injunctive and Civil Penalties, resulting from Young Living's failure to correct the alleged violations, initiated legal action by being filed with the Superior Court of Alameda County on December 1st.
