Fast forward a few years later, and we are now bombarded with ads for essential oils and carrier oils and roller bottles, inhalers, diffusers, EO themed jewelry and, yes, even classes.
The latest full-scale attack on my page is a sponsored ad by Dr. Axe for a FREE webinar called "Essential Oils Transformation." Have you seen it? If you're like me, you're seeing it at least 3 times a day. Repetition is a well-known trick for effective advertising.
So, maybe due to curiosity, maybe due to brain washing, I obliged the wholesome looking fellow and visited his seminar. It's not long before he's talking about essential oils for cancer, essential oils for my brain, and essential oils for my energy, and essential oils for my medicine cabinet, and how to transform myself with essential oils. Autobots, roll out.
